Dutch national team coach Bert van Marwijk who managed to bring the Netherlands in the final world cup 2010 is very good to train the Netherlands. Bert van Marwijk said today he had almost finished to complete the contract extension negotiations with the Dutch Football Association [KNVB].
Of the new contract, reportedly van Marwijk will survive in his position until 2016.
"This will be the right direction. Although until now we do not have anything signed but I think everything will be run according to plan," said the coach told reporters.
Currently van Marwijk is preparing his team to carry out trial match against Switzerland and Germany. He is present as Dutch coach after replacing Marco van Basten after Euro 2008.
Under van Marwijk, the Netherlands up to now has recorded 14 consecutive wins in every game. He also has managed to secure a ticket to the Netherlands to look into the finals of Euro 2012.
